[求救] IL-2的ELISA 方法 不太懂
因為我最近要做IFN-gamma 的ELISA
但是我不會
所以找了篇文獻來看
裡面大部分我看的懂 只有一樣東西很不清楚
還希望有人能幫我解答
(省略寫中間洗的過程和時間)
1. 一開始在盤上 coated with rat anti-murine IFN-gamma
2. 之後 blocked with IMDM + 10% FBS
3. 然後加入 sample
4. 加入HRPO-conjugated streptavidin
到這邊我都還看的懂 (雖然也不知道自己解讀對不對^^")
但是之後才是整個不懂....
文獻上說:
After 3 h incubation at RT with the conjugates,
the plates were washed with PBS-T and a solution of
1,1-trimethylene-bis(4-formylpyridinium bromide)
[TMB; kpl, Bioreba, Basel, Switzerland.,
diluted according to the manufacturer's protocol,
was added to the IFN-gamma plates.]
就是那句manufacturer's protocol
這是什麼東西呀 @__@"

請問有大大知道他的意思嗎?

另外或是... 有沒有前輩推薦哪些文獻可以讓我參考的
