這個並不是很「直接」的找到binding site的方式。
另外常見的問題是有時候Chemical shift perturbation
的值很小，看不出是因為presence of the ligand
in the solution or because of the ligand binding.
至於原理，那是至少一學期的課。
方法，那是至少一年的學習。
你得再把問題問細節一點才有辦法給你比較詳細的回答。
初步會問的是：蛋白的yield如何？還有蛋白的分子量
（兩者相加為何？）這兩個是關鍵因素。
如果你是要問Ubiquinone bound with bc1 complex
on the micelle, 那答案就是不用作了。
