[問題]paper上一段不太理解的內容
【問題】：Useing a green fluorsecent protein translationally fused to the carboxyl terminus of SepJ, we obstered that in mature heteroscysts and vegetative cells, the protein is localized intercellular septa, and when cell devision starts, it is localized in a ring whoes position is similar to that of Z ring.
【問題起因】：這是paper中的一小段,局部的細胞隔膜(septa)這一段我不太了解他的意思?
還有;ring跟Z ring指的是cell division的一種模式嘛?從普通的ring變成Z ring這樣?
