【工作內容】GONCALVES LAB 是由國立成功大學主辦的一個年輕的研究小組，位於台灣最
古色古香的城市—台南。我們的實驗室主要研究真菌生物學和遺傳學的不同面向。我們還
在嘗試評估真菌細胞作為細胞的生存能量工廠。我們正在尋找一位積極進取的研究助理，
為期5 至 6 個月（有可能在此期限後延長）。月薪則會根據應徵資格而有所差異，歡迎
在分子生物學（例如：PCR、qPCR、transformations、transfections）或分析化學（例
如：天然提取物製備、HPLC 和 LC/MS 方法）領域具有紮實知識的學士和碩士畢業生加入
我們的研究室。
The Goncalves Lab (https://www.goncalves-lab.com) is a young research group ho
sted by the National Cheng Kung University, in Tainan, the oldest city and for
mer capital of Taiwan. Our group studies different aspects of the biology and
genetics of fungi and we are also trying to assess the potential of fungal cel
ls as living refineries.
We are looking for a motivated Research Assistant to work with us in developin
g innovative research ideas. The initial duration of this job is 5 to 6 months
(with possibility of extension beyond this initial period) and the monthly co
mpensation will vary depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate
. All are welcome to apply, including Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates. We
are searching for someone who has solid knowledge of the fields of molecular b
iology (for example, PCR, qPCR, transformations/transfections) and/or analytic
al chemistry (for example, natural extract preparation, HPLC and LC/MS methods
).

我們重視積極進取的精神、良好的責任感以及尋求解決方案的積極性。曾經有實驗室實習
經驗者佳（但並非強制性）且應徵者必須具備良好的英語溝通能力。
We will value a strong spirit of initiative, good sense of responsibility and
organization, and proactivity in looking for solutions. Experience with the ma
nipulation of microbes will be considered favorable but not essential. The sel
ected candidate must have good English communication skills.
