這是個有趣的問題 (我也沒有認真想過) 我查到的答案也都說法不一
首先
ABS ticket給予你的權利是
For a little extra, you can use an All Belgian Stations (ABS) fare to extend
your Thalys journey with a connection on an interior line in Belgium or, on
the other hand, to reach your Thalys station from any Belgian train station.
你貼的那段文字是說明,如果你的thalys起迄點是布魯塞爾,安特,列日,你可以直接使用
那張票到周邊小站
所以你的問題,每個網頁給了不同的答案:
