[問題] 只運動15分鐘可以嗎?

懷孕時胖了11公斤,目前已經瘦到了懷孕前體重
但是肚子跟屁股卻比以前還大
大腿內側的肉也很可觀
我想要身型好看一點
目前一有時間就去跑步,每周1-2次
大概跑個15分鐘右上腹部就會劇烈疼痛而無法繼續
以前可以跑個半小時,生完小孩就變成這樣了QQ"
看了很多文章說要運動半小時才會消耗脂肪
請問我這樣是不是一點效果都沒有~_~?
