[問題] 關於代餐
今天有人跟我介紹代餐這個東西
聽他的描述
聽起來代餐的確含有豐富且均衡的營養
這可是很難做到的....
可是!!!! 我看他算給我看的熱量
早餐(代餐)100卡 中午(正常吃)700卡 晚餐(代餐)100卡
整天只有900卡
跟我在這裡吸收到的知識: 一天定要吃到基礎代謝 (我的基代約1800卡)
差距實在非常大
再加上 之前我已經自己靠運動+飲食控制 已經瘦了8kg左右
就用自己的方式是可以瘦的
所以我還在考慮中.........
也想來這裡問一下各位對於代餐的看法 讓我能夠決定是否應該要買代餐

我也這麼覺得耶~~~~ 這好像就有點跟節食一樣
我是認為啦
瘦下以後 如果不吃代餐而恢復正常飲食
如果飲食又沒有控制好 還不是又會復胖?
結果 最終還是回歸到日常飲食習慣的改正這個層面了
與其先吃代餐讓自己瘦 還不如直接就改正飲食習慣
可是代餐又真的蠻營養的 吃代餐能夠做到營養均衡的工夫
所以讓我陷入兩難

介紹代餐的人是跟我說:內含超多種營養素 日常飲食是很難達成的XD
謝謝各位的意見 我已經決定不買了
還是以 日常飲食習慣的改正+運動 才是瘦身最健康的方法吧!
