[問題] 運動之後, 體能真的會變好嗎?
如果每周進行3次以上的有氧運動
每次都達到30分鐘左右
甚至不只每周三次, 而是每天都運動
強度大概就健走或是一些簡單的室內有氧舞蹈
這樣子的運動計畫
會讓體能變好嗎?
比方說爬樓梯不會容易喘
白天精神變好, 不會常常想打瞌睡或覺得疲累
有這樣的效果嗎?
