[問題] 關於正確的跑步(慢跑 & 跑步)....
我住的社區很大
裡面有環區道路可以當作跑步的地方
環區道路一圈大約是900公尺....
我的話是每天都跑兩圈
之前自己跑一個星期的....
亂跑一通的結果...小腿肌肉都出現了啦....
現在小腿還會痛....真的...又痛又難過
晚一點還打算去運動....
自己想了一下好像根本就是亂跑一通...Orz
不過今天的話,打算用快走的
請問慢跑的話...要怎麼跑才不會出現肌肉啊....
是要抬高大腿這樣跑嗎??
