[問題] 禮拜五要去吃吃到飽的問題
我從12月10號開始健身到現在,已經1個月,
幾乎都沒有中斷過,連八點下班都趕去健身(10點關門),
現在瘦了3公斤,肚子也有了形狀出來,
但是最近尾福委要做交接,要去吃一家牛排館吃到飽,
在健身這段期間,我完全不碰油炸以及甜食,
每天只喝2000CC以上的水,連牛奶都喝脫脂牛奶,
禮拜五那頓如果要吃,請問要怎麼吃比較健康?
量的分配還是說怎樣吃會比較好?
那天吃完我應該會趕去健身房健身跑步.....
