[減肥] 體重一直在正負2Kg來回是正常的嗎?

性別:男
年齡:快滿28歲
身高:180.5
體重:87
BMI:26.7
體脂率:24.8
三餐內容
早餐:7-11麵包+無糖飲品 or 麵線+蛋+鮮奶
午餐:1/3白飯、菜、肉、湯(公司統一伙食,所以只能以少量為主)
晚餐:早餐常見的炒麵(黃麵條+肉橾小碗) or 燕麥(熱水沖過後)+牛奶
其他:有時睡前很餓會喝個兩口鮮奶
日常作息時間:約7點起床上班,辦公室...冏 五點下班吃點東西就去補習班
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:每周固定游泳兩次每次1600M,沒游泳則跑帶走的跑2400~3200M
看當天體力~
問題陳述:小弟已經持續快兩個禮拜了~為何體重一直都是在87~85之間
有時侯前一天如果晚餐只喝燕麥加牛奶的話
早上量會在85,可是晚上量時又變成86~
像昨天晚上五點吃了個炒麵晚上量是86,早上量又變了87...XDD
炒麵有這麼恐怖嗎? 冏
小弟中餐的量有控制比原本吃的還少,可是怎都不會變廋?
這是正常的嗎?
拜託各位專業的鄉民們能不能給小弟一些減肥路上的建議~

小弟運動過後除了喝水外一個小時內都是不吃東西的~
