[問題] 劣質體力想運動如何改善

155cm/52kg
最近發胖嚴重,想要運動減肥也可以變健康
但是體力極差到誇張
慢跑一圈操場(200m)就覺得累到不行
跳有氧也是五分鐘就覺得無法負荷
因為我本來就不常運動加上有爆汗的症狀
每次如果走很長的路到達目的地後就會瘋狂流汗
之後體力就會急速下降,所以更不用說是運動時的流汗程度
所以每次運動時間都短短就覺得快昏死過去
有沒有什麼好方法可以增加運動的時間 ?
