忍不住又跳出來回
我上面所說的部份主食
是指
比如說一般來講你一餐應該要吃ㄧ碗白飯
可是你的食量卻大於一碗白飯
因此你拿其他東西(如燙青菜或蒟蒻等高纖維低熱量食品)
來取代那些比你該攝取量還大的白飯
而不是你原本應該要吃飯、菜、肉、蛋
結果你拿蒟蒻替代掉飯
變成只吃蒟蒻不吃飯

雖然大家也是好意
但是我發現大家很容易不詳讀文章就立刻回應
原PO並沒有只吃蒟蒻
他是詢問如果均衡飲食前提下
用蒟蒻去佔胃空間長期會不會有不好的作用
其實不用這麼細分一餐吃蒟蒻一餐吃澱粉
像我食量比較大要吃兩碗~三碗飯才會飽
我就把蒟蒻剁碎加在白飯裡煮
一樣是吃三碗但實際上我吃到的飯量減少
飽足感卻不變
或者滷肉的時候丟幾片下去滷
你平常吃滷肉會吃魯蛋、海帶、三層肉假設共200g
但是因為有了蒟蒻
可能你會因此少吃ㄧ塊肥肉
蒟蒻就是一大堆的水跟膳食纖維
很多人會去買像是DHC的什麼膳食纖維回來吃
或者額外買很多保健食品
其實真的就是多樣化攝取
而且盡量不吃加工品,營養就不會差到哪去
