[心得] 不知不覺跑步超過一個月了已刪文

從二月十八日開始減肥
一開始快走加慢跑,四~五天準備期後,逐漸增加距離與時間,
運動盡量達到一小時,飲食方面只有節制酒類,幾乎不喝。
今天是第35天,在這些日子裡:
有運動22天,沒運動13天
總跑步里程199.5公里
平均每天跑5.7公里
最長一次單程跑了16公里
最長連續5天沒運動
初始體重85KG -> 目前體重80KG
未來目標:盡量做到每天跑十公里,將體重降至72KG左右
