沒有體育科班正規的訓練
沒有特殊器材
平常也沒有大量的運動
更沒有LO33的神協調
俗話說高手藏在民間~
之前棒球版有看過丟到146的
更不用說一堆打過職棒 或現役職棒選手 閒暇之餘會逛逛PTT
請問一般人要做那些鍛鍊來提升球速呢?
