桃猿行銷策略主攻年輕、家庭客群 開發未來球迷

Lamigo桃猿隊將主場遷至桃園後,全力經營家庭球迷,要讓棒球成為全家人的休閒活動,
除球場內增設兒童遊樂區、哺乳室等,在球場活動方面也有許多創新嘗試,今年與美國圖
像品牌芝麻街合作,主攻的也是年輕和家庭球迷,長遠而言,這些投資有助於培養球迷,
等年紀較小的球迷長大了,可能就會帶著家庭或朋友進場,甚至形成良性循環。
桃猿前身是La New熊隊,熊隊在2011年更名為桃猿,並將主場從高雄遷至桃園,從這一年
開始,桃猿全力經營家庭球迷,除桃園球場內增設美食街、兒童遊樂區、哺乳室等設施外
,在球場活動方面也有許多創新嘗試,例如將演唱會、戲水池搬進球場等,要讓球賽不只
是球賽,也是全家人都能樂在其中的休閒活動。
除家庭球迷外,桃猿也很重視年輕客群,年輕球迷多喜歡熱鬧、豐富的活動,「全猿主場
」和各種球場活動正營造出這樣的氛圍,如果想買些不同於一般棒球周邊或有設計感的商
品,球場內的商品專賣店布置得有如潮店,其中販賣的商品也不遜色。
桃猿過去曾和兄弟象隊、插畫家彎彎共同推出聯名商品,希望讓「非重度球迷」或聯名對
象的粉絲也注意到、喜歡上桃猿,今年再與芝麻街合作聯名商品,除要擴增球迷,也是延
續主攻年輕、家庭客群的行銷策略。
桃猿領隊劉玠廷曾表示,不要做降價生意,而是要提升進場看球的價值,讓球迷覺得有價
值,他們就願意進場,家庭式球迷也比較願意消費;這樣的路線開發出很多新球迷,長期
而言也有助於培養球迷,等到年紀較小的球迷長大了,他們可能就會帶著家庭或朋友進場
,甚至形成良性循環。
