[請益] 如何防止腳踝翻船扭傷
我在去年12月底(幹就是跨年前)打球時左腳踝翻船扭傷
那時候是拐到後整個失去重心,人直接翻一圈倒地
所以運動襪跟球鞋沒辦法防止那次的傷害
兩個月後腳踝痊癒,慢慢有在復出打球
可是癒後狀況不是很理想
在熱身時扭動腳踝還是會感到些微疼痛
跳起來著地後左腳腳底板也會小痛
然後感覺腳踝的力量也沒有恢復,像那種左腳蹬地出去救前場球的時候,腳踝都有點軟
有些腳步的移動我也變得不太敢跑,場上步伐也比受傷前還慢
很多球以前明明看的到救的到,現在都變得眼睜睜看球落地,腳步出不去
現在打球變得有點倚賴右腳在施力,變得右腳負擔變重
打完球右腳肌肉明顯都比左腳還痠(雖然正常來說應該要是這樣...
然後今天打球的時候,換右腳拐了一下
不過好險這次球鞋有發揮保護功能,所以腳似乎沒受傷(只是有點熱熱的
問了球友說可能我的鞋子有點硬化,需要換鞋子
上來請教各位
1.哪個品牌哪個型號的球鞋比較有保護功能啊?求推薦
目前是穿YY那個87鞋,鞋齡才1年吧(就是側面有印87字樣那雙)
2.這樣打球需要雙腳都穿護踝比較好嗎?
我已經拐到有點心魔...都不敢放開來打球怕又會受傷,不敢跳不敢蹬...
3.我的左腳踝這樣如果要恢復到受傷前,應該要去復健科復健嗎?

臀部肌肉這說法我倒是第一次聽到
我以為在球場上靈活運動,用的肌群跟跳繩是一樣的,也就是小腿部分
然後跨步等動作用的是大腿肌肉
比較沒印象打球完臀部會痠(我每週有上一堂教練課)

打短球我還不擔心翻船,只是左腳稍沒力蹬不遠而已,基本上腳尖一定向球
我怕的是那種從半場衝到另一半場抽球
或是右半場快速退到左後場打頭頂球這種
側向移動的腳步我最怕出事,尤其頭頂壓迫球,整個身体重心要撐住腳要很穩
還有就是正手方向的單腳跳躍攻擊球,我也很怕落地踩不好翻船~_~

回報一下
目前是先買了勝利穩定系列的 SH-P9200,感覺還不錯比之前那雙87YY舒服
本來考慮要順便買護踝
不過我球友說先借我穿穿看再決定
然後戴了護踝之後...............................鞋子就穿不下惹囧
羽球襪就已經很厚了,護具又加一層整個塞不下
所以說戴護踝要穿襪子嗎?還是說穿薄襪?
喔對了,護踝都是賣單腳而已嗎?
那一般只穿單腳還是兩腳阿...
