If the infant can roll from supine to prone "and" from prone to supine, the infant can then be allowed to remain in the sleep position that he or she assumes. 這段那個AND = 仰翻趴和趴翻仰都要會，才能讓寶寶自己決定但是下面這段我覺得更重要，試著解釋意思看看(理解有誤請指正) One study analyzing sleep-related deaths reported to state child death review teams found that the predominant risk factor for sleep-related deaths in infants 4 to 12 months of age was rolling into objects in the sleep area.[134] Thus, parents and caregivers should continue to keep the infant’s sleep environment clear of soft or loose bedding and other objects. Parents may be reassured in being advised that the incidence of SIDS begins to decline after 4 months of age. 4-12個月齡這個族群的小孩，最主要的死亡風險是翻滾到床上的物體中(毯子/枕頭/玩具) 或是滾到軟軟的床墊或地毯表面。 => 所以嬰兒床上的建議是什麼都不要放，而且要是堅實的表面前面幾篇的推文有提到要培養寶寶安全感要給安撫物(小被子，玩具之類) 真心覺得文章要看整段，三個月以下仰睡明顯減少嬰兒猝死危機但小孩會翻滾後(通常四個月後)睡眠環境更重要整篇建議很長，而且很大篇幅在解釋睡眠環境，也有提到夜間睡眠環境是變動的睡著當下看似安全的環境，可能在深夜當中因為寶寶/大人的動作產生危險遇到嬰兒猝死第一個反應都是有沒有趴睡，但如果認真去探討其他危險因子的存在可能會發現案例的睡眠環境處處不合格? 我剛剛也有去看那個醫師的臉書下面的留言非常可怕，連讓寶寶睡費雪安撫椅都有睡在汽座/安撫椅已經被證明是不安全的了，但這篇全文是要付費的，只有摘要可以看 Infant Deaths in Sitting Devices Peter Liaw, Rachel Y.
