是這樣的,全職帶孩子,餵母乳,感覺肚子還是有點大,已經產後六個月了,陰道也說不
出的怪,沒以前緊緻,子宮也覺得垂垂的,請問這些狀況是要做凱格爾嗎?有沒有推薦的
簡單運動可邊帶孩子,化於生活之中?謝謝大家~
