: The final 30 minutes of Monday's practice was open to the media. The main
: sight was that of assistant coach Dean Demopoulus running the Blazers through
: a session focused on defensive rotation. The team was divided into black and
: red. Black: Andre Miller, Rudy Fernandez, Nicolas Batum, Greg Oden, Dante
: Cunningham, Steve Blake and Martell Webster, among others. Red: Jerryd
: Bayless, Brandon Roy, Juwan Howard and Joel Pryzbilla, among others.
禮拜一練習的最後三十分鐘是開放給媒體們的. 阿拓主要是在助理教練Dean Demopoulus的
指導下練習防守,分成紅黑兩隊對抗:
紅: Jerryd Bayless, Brandon Roy, Juwan Howard and Joel Pryzbilla加上其他人
黑: Andre Miller, Rudy Fernandez, Nicolas Batum, Greg Oden,
Dante Cunningham, Steve Blake and Martell Webster…
: The energy level appeared to be high, but not off the charts. There was a
: fluid pace to the session, with Demopoulus guiding and head coach Nate
: McMillan occasionally stepping in. Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge both described
: the practice as being a good one, while the general mood was serious but
: Highlights: Team members being forced to perform pushups following a play;
: Miller's new haircut, which is a combination of cornrows and something else.

阿拓們散發出來的小宇宙強大但是不然燒. 練習的過程非常流暢但是助教DD跟Rank A並沒
有睡著. Roy跟LMA都覺得這是次好練習,大家的熊庹都嚴肅但樂觀積極. 嗨賴:
1.每次個回合結束後,隊員都要做伏地挺身.
2.A米的新髮型.
: Among those in attendance: Former NBA star Gary Payton, Blazers owner Paul
: Allen and Oregon State University men's basketball coach Craig Robinson.
: Payton was a hit — he talked openly with reporters, but mainly wanted to
: discuss himself.
PA大老闆, 奧瑞岡州大的教練Craig Robinson, 還有手套都到場了. GP跟記著們的對談
則一如往常的圍繞著自己.
: Roy once again talked up Blake. Roy said his relationship with Blake is
: something that has developed over time, and that time is exactly what it will
: take to build chemistry with Miller. Webster, McMillan and Demopoulus all had
: nothing but praise for Blake. Webster said the former Maryland standout is an
: ideal NBA point guard, while Demopoulus referred to Blake as not just a great
: player, but a great human being.
Roy又再次提到了他跟Blake隨著時間慢慢增長的關係,而這也是他要跟A米一起創造的
化學效應. Webster, Rank A, 助教DD不約而同的都捧了捧Blake的LP. Webster說
Blake是NBA控衛的理想型, 助教DD則偷偷發了張卡給Blake.
: Good words about Oden and Webster. Webster said he felt great, while Roy said
: Oden looked strong.
Webster自我感覺良好, Roy則覺得黑輪伯更大支了 >\\\\<
: No visible signs of frustration from Aldridge. He spoke with the media,
: answered what was thrown his way, and did not appear frustrated or upset.
阿雞雞沒有感到挫折跟失落.(這邊可能要看看之前的新聞才知道再說啥)
: McMillan said "the honeymoon's been over for a while," when referring to high
: expectations for the team. McMillan added that, while everything looks good
: on paper, nothing real has happened yet. "We still have work to do," McMillan
: said. He added that the decision to use pushups as motivation is an attempt
: to lay down the hammer early.
Rank A說:"蜜月期已經過去了"大家會對我們有更高的的期待. Rank A補充說道,
隊伍帳面上是很好很強大的,但是實際上則甚麼都還沒發生,"阿拓們正在讓這些很好很
強大的能力實現".後面提到Rank A叫大家做伏地挺身是為了讓大家放鬆一點.
