這不是OP…XD Roy West's best -- again Posted by jfreeman December 17, 2007 14:01PM For the second consecutive week, the NBA named Brandon Roy the Western Conference player of the week after the 6-foot-6 guard led the Blazers to four victories with sensational individual play. In four games against some of the top teams in the conference, Roy averaged 23.0 points, 6.3 assists and 4.5 rebounds, extending a breathtaking two-week run in which the Blazers won seven games in a row. During the streak, Roy averaged 24.1 points, 6.7 assists and 5.7 rebounds. Roy becomes just the second player in franchise history to win the award in back-to-back weeks and just the third player to win it more than once. Clyde Drexler, who earned the award a record 10 times during his career with the Blazers, earned back-to-back honors during a two-week stretch in November and December 1987. Billy Ray Bates was named player of the week in 1980 and 1982. Perhaps the most astonishing part about Roy's accomplishment is that he earned his second consecutive award as fellow second-year star, forward LaMarcus Aldridge, did not play because of plantar fasciitis in his right foot.
