住在華盛頓DC 的Ryan夫婦對MTV及位於拉斯維加斯的
Hard Rock飯店提出一個求償一千萬美金的訴訟。Ryan夫婦宣稱
這兩個被告侵犯了他們的隱私、造成他們的情緒困擾並欺騙他們。
Ryan夫婦在拉斯維加斯度假的時候，當他們一踏進飯店的房間，
就發現一具倒在血泊中「看起來是死屍的人體」。正當他們企圖
要離開那間房間的時候，出現了兩個冒充保全的人把他們擋下，
並扣留他們直到另一個裝扮成醫護人員的人到來。一直到那個時候，
共同製片人Ashton Kutcher及MTV 的試驗系列"Harassment"的
主持人才告知Ryan夫婦這一切不過是個實境電視節目的惡作劇。
MTV的對外聲明人已經說明，這個試驗系列的橋段尚未播送，
且這個系列的前景不明。
