講題：Health and Adult Social Care in England :
an overview and critique
This presentation provides an introduction to the health and social care system and a critique of the quality of care and how outcomes are delivered for people. The critique is based on a rang of sources including a 2010 statutory report prepared by Dr Hughes for the UK parliament on the State of Health Care and Adult Social Care in England. The presentation seeks to identify where people’s experiences of services and outcomes can be improved.
內容簡介：
主講人是英國政府「照護品質小組」的主管，也是2010年剛出版的「英格
蘭的健康照護與成人社會照護現況」政府報告的主筆。本演講將分析評論
英格蘭社會照護的架構與服務現況，並提出如何提升照護品質的途徑。
