AirHelp, an air passenger rights company, unveiled its 2019 AirHelp Score, a
data-based evaluation of international airlines and airports, and ranked an
airport in New Jersey as the worst in the United States.
航空旅客權利公司 AirHelp 公布了它的 2019 AirHelp Score，這是一份基於資料的國際

Newark Liberty International Airport was ranked 116 out of 132 total
airports, bringing in a score of 6.83/10, the worst score for any U.S-based
airport.

The company also ranked neighboring John F. Kennedy International Airport in
Queens, New York, as one of the lowest rated airports, coming in at No. 86
overall with a score of 7.31/10.

Results were based on three key factors, including on-time performance
(arrival and departure statistics); service quality (passenger rating of
food, comfort and crew); and claim processing (how efficiently airlines
handle compensation claims).

5.Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport (Gdansk, Poland) 8.35/10.
