[問題] 請問一下阿拉斯加航空的退票
請問一下 我之前在阿拉斯加航空訂了五張票，
後來有一位成員要退票，我在他們的線上系統按退票，
系統上只有下列這三個選項：
1. Deposit the value of the tickets as credit into My Wallet.
You are eligible for credit in My Wallet without any cancellation fees, since
you are canceling prior to December 25, 2013. Credit may be used for eligible
flight purchases.
Credit expires October 14, 2014.
You must have a My Account for this option.
2. Email the ticket value as credit.
You are eligible to receive credit certificates by email without any
cancellation fees, since you are canceling prior to December 25, 2013. Credit
may be used for eligible flight purchases.
Credit expires October 14, 2014.
3. Email the canceled ticket numbers and use later to retrieve the value.
Pay nothing today. If you exchange your ticket for a new one on or after
December 25, 2013, a per person change fee ($75 USD on alaskaair.com or $100
USD through an Alaska Airlines agent) may apply, plus any difference in fare
and taxes.
Save the ticket numbers you receive by email. You may use the value toward
travel completed by February 22, 2015.
請問這樣是不是表示他們沒辦法直接退現金回信用卡?
還是有其他方式可以付部分違約金，然後把剩下的現金退回來?
