[請益] 工作簽證取得(非 Working Holiday)
最近一直在收集澳洲工作簽證的取得流程(457)，接觸到了一種公司，基本上就是對於
無法發出或不願發出簽證的公司，他們可以透過間接的方式讓你成為他們公司的員工
再去你想要的公司工作
他們的流程大致上是，先確認可取得工作 offer，再由他們出面去向你想去的公司溝通
是否願意透過這樣的方式 Hire 你進去
但我的問題是...如果在沒確定可以拿到工作簽證的情況下，有可能有機會先拿到
offer 嗎? 大部份公司都是如果你沒有工作簽證就可能連談都不想談，所以一直讓我
覺得這部份有點矛盾...有沒有人接觸過提供這類服務的公司呢
截錄一部份他們寄給我的信:(XYZ 代表那間公司)
Step 1. Secure a full time role within Australia
Step 2. XYZ to assess your CV, the job description; confirm the occupation;
length of the contract and the rate offered meets our minimum requirements
Step 3. XYZ to speak with client organization to ensure they agree to
proceed under this sponsorship arrangement
Step 4. Once all parties agree to proceed – XYZ to issue sponsorship
documents/contracts
Step 5. Confirm all documents/contracts are returned
Step 6. XYZ then lodge Nomination/457 visa application
