The Gunners have made it clear Cole will be allowed to leave only on their terms. Boss Arsene Wenger may even make defender Cole play in Arsenal’s Champions League qualifying games if Chelsea do not agree a deal within the next two weeks. Cole and his advisors believe they struck a verbal agreement with Arsenal last year allowing him to leave the club for ￡16million. But the Gunners have rejected Chelsea’s bid for exactly that amount and are demanding ￡25m. That will infuriate Cole, who is currently away on honeymoon following his recent marriage to Girls Aloud star Cheryl Tweedy. Cole, 25, is due to report back for training with Arsenal next week. But he is reluctant to return after launching a bitter attack on the club and a number of the senior staff in his forthcoming autobiography. Chelsea had been hoping to tie up the deal before leaving for their pre-season trip to the USA today. But Arsenal are in no mood to do any favours for their London rivals. Wenger knows that Jose Mourinho is desperate to sign Cole after selling left-back Asier Del Horno to Valencia this week. And he is prepared to test Chelsea’s resolve by pressing his demand for defender William Gallas to be part of any deal. Mourinho is adamant Gallas will not be allowed to join Arsenal, even though he only has a year of his contract left. 看來太陽報這位MARK IRWIN應該是主跑這條新聞沒錯的簡單來說就是溫格想趁火打劫現在Del Horno去瓦倫贊布也沒有抓下來如果左後沒有快點補強的話切爾西新賽季肯定不好過如果我是溫格看到現在切爾西鑽石陣容缺了一角若真要讓柯爾走我轉會條件肯定大咬你一口 (人選還沒定案就先放Del Horno走, 當然趁你亂搞的時候噱你一筆) A.Cole <-> Gallas + 轉會費這個提案真的是頗中肯的就看雙方如何操作了說真的... 最近切爾西的幾則轉會新聞真的讓人挺猜不透的 =.=a 只能說有錢真好吧... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.160.176.157
