Hi Kaspersky 7.0 is giving me a big problem now.
I'll try to explain this as shortest as possible.
1. Wireless internet is dead
2. Windows Security Alert is off. No way to turn it on even though I have
Kaspersky. (I have CA antivirus too. Even if I shut it down, the problem
is still there.)
3. Cannot remove Kaspersky in any condition, including safe mode, uninstaller,
Vista Program uninstaller.
4. Computer is running really slow.
5. OS interface is not in Aero Vista mode. No way to switch it back.
My computer was totally fine before I installed Kaspersky.
I was trying to update Kaspersky, yet, it got stuck on 46% and never continued
After I restarted my computer, the problems above occured.
If anyone can please help in English, or even Chinese,
I will greatly appreciate it.
