[問題] ADB

家中最近換了一台WIN8的電腦
可是新下載的Eclipse卻不能用
上面是Error的message
不知道是win8的問題嗎 還是其他問題
工作管理員也沒有其他adb.exe
也已經整個刪除IDE重新從Android下載了
希望各位大大可以幫助小弟QQ
