[徵男] 徵跑步高手幫我確認跑的姿勢到底對不對/信義區已刪文
小妹我最近因為太過肥胖,於是誠心勵志來減肥
想要開始來天天運動,希望一天能跑個的5~6km
但之前有幾次經驗,不知道到底是不是因為我姿勢不對
跑一跑膝蓋就開始痛了,然後為了養膝蓋 就又只能放棄3個月不敢跑
我知道膝蓋很重要,很怕它再受傷
所以想問問有沒有慢跑高手,可以來盯著我一次,看到底是不是我姿勢不對
也可以順便跟我說 吳興.北醫.松仁路這邊有沒有建議的路線
時間大概就平日下班後

(ps....本人體能極差,所以只能跑極慢極慢極慢....希望不會讓人抓狂XDDD)
