[問題] 運動後..可以吃什麼比較好??
最近加入健身房的會員..
可是..是 下班後才去運動..六點下班..六點半開始運動到八點左右~~
大概就是跑步..腳踏車..重力訓練這些..
第一次結束後..超餓..
回到家立刻吃媽媽的愛心..^"^ 可是這樣好像沒瘦身到= ="
第二次結束後..今天也超餓~~
我就去買流質類的""乳酪""鮮奶+麥片""
不知道醬子會不會復胖呀@@??
因為我朋友跟我說..如果我要運動..當天最好不要吃蛋...
容易練出肌肉..~~
煩惱..
到底吃什麼比較好呀??
