有板友想知道演講主題，經詢問過後得到的回應如下：
According to Dr Tsai's Office, her trip to Europe is to learn and consider
issues of Green Energy and Nuclear Risks.
However, the talk on 8th June is mainly for friends of Taiwan, I think she
will deal with issues mentioned above and beyond.
The topic of her talk perhaps will be forwarded to those who register.
