我之前的經驗是你的直系親人就可以,或者是你的老公.
而這個人只要寫一張書面證明,他願意負擔你的求學期間所有的費用.
就可以了.
不用把錢從帳戶轉來轉去的.
這是我之前(96年)的經驗,希望對你有幫助.
