[建議] 組規修訂提案
本人建議如下：
一、組長若長時間不克上線應具文請假，且事由應詳實填寫之。
如：組長若連續十五日以上不上線，應至群組看板請假，並詳述事由，
每次請假期最長為六十日，一年內不得超過一百八十日。
二、組長若一定時間未處理組務，如帳號查詢、板主異動、限制變更等，
則使用者得溝通後至群組板申訴之。
註：此部分希望以十五日為期，溝通時限為七十二小時。
三、板主有重大失職達不適任之程度時，經組長同意為「定案判決」者，
非檢舉申訴之當事人亦可發起罷免。
