[請益] 想認真練瑜伽-柔軟度
請教各位前輩,練柔軟度(目標像老師ㄧ樣柔軟),每天練幾小時好?我先在是每天去瑜
伽教室上四堂課(進行一星期多了,只有後頸肌肉一點小酸痛,不影響正常活動)。可是
有人跟我說太頻繁筋膜易發炎,不要太多!四堂會太多嗎?
