[問題]有些網路連不上去~
昨天開始~突然某些網站就連不上去~
像奇磨的web mail~還有某些網站~~
kkbox也連不上去~~錯誤代碼403
無法顯示的網頁出現的訊息是

請問這代表什麼?我電腦出了什麼問題~~但是某些網頁我還是可以連壓
