[問題] Access Denied
偶爾會使用utorrent以及foxy抓影片
一直到上週末回來後，打開軟體後網頁開啟就會顯示以下的訊息
"You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.
Please close one or more applications to allow furthur Internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information."
不知道這會是什麼因素呢？
