Ross? 嗯...羅斯呢？ Ross: Disneyland, 1989, 'It's a Small World After All.' 迪士尼樂園，1989，「小小世界」裡面 All: No way! 不會吧！ Ross: The ride broke down. So, Carol and I went behind a couple of those mechanical Dutch children... then they fixed the ride, and we were asked never to return to the Magic Kingdom. 車子壞掉了。所以我跟卡蘿到一對機器荷蘭小孩的後面去... 然後他們修好了車，我們被永遠逐出了神奇王國。 Phoebe: Oh, Rachel. 喔，瑞秋 Rachel: Oh come on, I already went. 喔，拜託，我說過了啊 Monica: You did not go! 你才沒有 All: Come on. 快點啦 Rachel: Oh, alright. The weirdest place would have to be... (sigh)... oh, the foot of the bed. 喔，好啦，我最奇怪的地方應該是在...（嘆氣）...喔，床腳邊。 Ross: Step back. 退下。 Joey: We have a winner! 我們有冠軍了！ [Time lapse, Ross and Rachel are talking, Joey is on the couch, and Monica and Phoebe are out of the room.] [時間過去，羅斯和瑞秋在聊天，喬伊在沙發上，莫妮卡和菲碧不在房裡] Rachel: I just never had a relationship with that kind of passion, you know, where you have to have somebody right there, in the middle of a theme park. 我從來沒談過有像那樣激情的戀愛，知道嗎，讓你此時此刻一定要佔有那個人，就算是在主題樂園裡面。 Ross: Well, it was the only thing to do there that didn't have a line. 呃，那是在那裡唯一不用排隊就可以做的事情。 Rachel: There, well, see? Barry wouldn't even kiss me on a miniature golf course. 那裡，呃，看吧？巴瑞甚至不會想要在迷你高爾夫球場親我。 Ross: Come on. 少來。 Rachel: No, he said we were holding up the people behind us. 真的，他說我們會拖到後面其他人的時間。 Ross: (sarcastically) And you didn't marry him because...? （諷刺地）你沒有嫁給他的原因是...？ Rachel: I mean, do you think there are people who go through life never having that kind of... 我是說，你想會有一輩子都沒有那種...的人嗎？ Ross: Probably. But you know, I'll tell you something. Passion is way overrated. 大概吧，但知道嗎，跟你說句老實話。激情都被過分高估了。 Rachel: Yeah right. 最好是啦 Ross: It is. Eventually, it kind of... burns out. But hopefully, what you're left with is trust, and security, and... well, in the case of my ex-wife, lesbianism. So, you know, for all of those people who miss out on that passion... thing, there's all that other good stuff. 就是！到最後，它就會...燃燒殆盡。但是希望啊，你剩下的是信任、安全感，以及... 呃，就拿我前妻來說吧，拉拉主義。所以，知道嗎，對於所有那些錯過激情的人，剩下的都是好的。 Rachel: (sigh) OK. （嘆氣）好吧。 Ross: But, um... I don't think that's going to be you. 但是，嗯...我不覺得你會是那種人。 Rachel: You don't. 不會嗎？ Ross: Uh-uh. See, I see.... big passion in your future. 嗯啊。看吧，我看到...你的未來激情無限。 Rachel: Really? 真的嗎？ Ross: Mmmm. 嗯 Rachel: You do? 你覺得？ Ross: I do. 沒錯 Rachel: Oh Ross, you're so great. (she playfully rubs his head and gets up) 喔，羅斯，你人真好。（她開玩笑地摸摸他的頭然後起身） (Ross gets up, pleased with himself.) （羅斯起身，自我感覺良好） Joey: It's never gonna happen. 不會有那種事的啦 Ross: (innocently) What? （無辜地）什麼？ Joey: You and Rachel. 你跟瑞秋啊 Ross: (acts surprised) What? (pause) Why not? （驚訝貌）什麼？（暫停）為什麼？ Joey: Because you waited too long to make your move, and now you're in the friend zone. 因為你等了太久才採取行動，現在你就只能待在朋友區。 Ross: No, no, no. I'm not in the zone. 不不不，我才不是在那區。 Joey: Ross, you're mayor of the zone. 羅斯，你根本就是區長。 Ross: I'm taking my time, alright? I'm laying the groundwork. Yeah. I mean, every day I get just a little bit closer to... 我只是慢慢來，好嗎？我正在打好基礎。對。我是說，我每天都會再更接近像... Joey: Priesthood! Look Ross, I'm telling you, she has no idea what you're thinking. If you don't ask her out soon you're going to end up stuck in the zone forever. 出家人啦！聽著羅斯，我告訴你，她根本不知道你在想什麼。你如果不趕快約她出去，你就會永遠被困在朋友區了。 Ross: I will, I will. See, I'm waiting for the right moment. (Joey looks at him) What? What, now? 我會啦，我會啦。看吧，我只是在等待對的時機。（喬伊看了一下他）什麼？現在是怎樣？ Joey: Yeeeeaaaahhh! What's messing you up? The wine? The candles? The moonlight? You've just got to go up to her and say, 'Rachel, I think that...' (Rachel comes into the room behind them) 對～～啦！現在你面前有什麼阻礙？美酒？蠟燭？還是月光？你要做的只是上前去跟她說：「瑞秋，我覺得...」（瑞秋在他們後面進房） Ross: Shhhh! 噓！ Rachel: What are you shushing? 你們在噓什麼？ Ross: We're shushing... because... we're trying to hear something. Listen. (everyone is silent) Don't you hear that? 我們在噓...是因為...我們想要聽清楚。注意聽。（大家都開始聽）你聽到了嗎？ Rachel: Ahhhh! 啊啊！ Ross: See? 看吧？ Rachel: Huh. (she agrees, but looks very confused) 哈。（她應和，但看起來非常困惑） [Scene: ATM vestibule.] [場景：提款機房] Jill: Would you like some gum? 你要來點口香糖嗎？ Chandler: Um, is it sugarless? 嗯，是無糖的嗎？ Jill: (checks) Sorry, it's not. （檢查一下）抱歉，不是耶。 Chandler: Oh, then no thanks. What the hell was that? Mental note: If Jill Goodacre offers you gum, you take it. 嗯我怎麼就是沒想到排隊呢？明明也有過在迪士尼排隊的經驗... 腦子裡只想到前幾集的that's a line （已改正給沒看到的人原本翻法：沒有明文禁止）

這樣翻也滿合理的而且就莫妮卡的語氣好像比較接近這個意思（決定採用給沒看到的人原本翻法：你們在圖書館裡搞什麼啊？）

看ROSS的表情及語氣我其實有兩個推論 1.尷尬的驕傲（耶我妹妹好猛呀 + 我妹妹居然是這種人）一種很複雜的心情 2.消極的抵抗（那是我妹妹喔你們（其實是對自己說）不要亂想） Topanga大翻的感覺是比較像強烈的阻止其他人 Ross這句其實說的有氣無力的 ※ 編輯: samchiu 來自: 118.167.120.125 (01/06 21:02)
