想求助一句關於高中英文文法
不知道自己的想法是否正確
句子為文章中的一句話 如下：
這段主要在說這個人很認真
（上文 He paid attention to even the small details.)
He would work long hours each day,
editing song lyrics and planning different special effects.
（下文 Many nights, he would convice his wife to sleep on his office couch.)

其中的editing 和 planning 應該為分詞構句
還原成原句是變成 and he edited 和 and he planned 這樣嗎？
那是否能解釋成 and he would edit 和 and he would plan 呢？
（如果可以，是不是用 He would work long hours each day,
edit song lyrics and plan .... 之V1, V2 and V3 即可呢?）
也就是說，以上兩種解釋會使句意不一樣？
