5.4 License Granted to Collector. By offering the NFT for sale on the Platform
, the Artist hereby grants to each Collector who may purchase the NFT a worldw
ide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the Artwork
in connection with the NFT and in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
When a Collector purchases an NFT through the Platform, the Collector becomes
the owner of the underlying NFT, but subject to the limited license granted i
n this Section 5.4; all rights to the Artwork are reserved by the Artist, unle
ss additional rights are expressly granted by the Artist.
