[選]試 譯 文：Bidder shall guarantee that each shipment of coal to be
purchased by Formosa shall be entirely supplied from a single
Supply of coal. Upon request by Formosa, a Bidder shall provide
relevant supporting documents, to Formosa's satisfaction,
including certificate issed by the relevant authorities of the
exporting country and/ or the mine owner, to demonstrate the
legal status and current situation of the coal mine. Formosa
may reject such shipment of coal without liability thereof
and without any prejudice to its right of being supplied as
per agreement bwtween the parties.
