It requires qualitative and quantitative standards for the content and

Self-care deficit is the relationship between the action capabilities of an
individual and the demands for self-care. Deficit, which should be considered
a relationship rather than a disorder, is relationship between the actions
an individual takes or should take, and his capability to do so.
