大概是泰國研究單位 拿白高顆和合成雌激素的效果去比較
結論大概是 二者能達成相類似的效果?
不過這研究好像是針對生理女性 , 對生理男的影響就不知道了
CONCLUSION:
PM, containing phytoestrogens, has estrogenic effect as similar as CEE, and
can alleviate the climacteric symptoms in perimenopausal women. PM
demonstrates great promise in the treatment of climacteric symptoms. However,
optimal doses should be clinically assessed to meet appropriate individual
responses.
