[問題] 熱湯販賣機要注意的事項
如題
目前已經搞定了販賣機賣熱湯
檢驗報告也出爐了
瓶子是玻璃瓶
有八種口味 ,蛤蜊湯,玉米濃湯等等,中西都有
保溫溫度在65度左右
瓶子上都有防燙的紙圈
不知還有要注意那些事情呢

65度是目前測試來講,大家都能接受的範圍了哦
不過最高可以放到75度
但是放太高,一是玻璃瓶會太燙
二是像酸辣湯之類的會變質

但我們的湯,就舉酸辣湯來好了
料多,有金針菇、木耳、肉絲、豆腐、豬血、胡蘿蔔絲、竹筍絲
