有沒有人可以提供一下
打網球需要哪些重訓
我雖然一直都有在重訓
可是沒有針對哪部分特別加強
最多就上臂.前臂.二頭肌.三頭肌那部份
握力和腕力
還有固定200-300下仰臥起坐(我知道很少.可是做太多會睡不著= =)
腳的話
應該就不太算重量訓練了
最多就跑一跑練體力和煞車能力XD.......
還有哪些要注意的
說說自己的意見
給大家做做參考吧
說到煞車能力
有沒有人能提供一下自己穿過哪雙鞋子最耐操
我每雙鞋子都撐不過半年= =
不要NIKE 對這牌子有種莫名奇妙的排斥感............
