[心得] 桌球腳步的重要性?
現在每天跑步2公里+30分鐘 重訓
發現本來追不到的球 都追到了 擊球點 看的也比較準
可能是腳步到位 時間便多了XD
體力好像用不完一樣
之前練多球不定點 感覺效果都沒有 每天跑步來的好
想請問 有其他 練腳步的方法嗎?
