[問題] 關於桌球重訓
感覺自己拉出來的球都不太有質量
請問板上有人知道如何訓練自己拉球所需用到的肌肉嗎
比如說拉單槓之類的
希望不用上健身房可以用自己生活週遭的器具訓練
