[討論]蛙腳
最近上了教練班
在上課時老師講解蛙式
提到說蛙式是最難學的,國外的教練對台灣先學蛙式都感到不可思議
蛙腳是不符合人體工學的,膝蓋需要旋轉的角度大,容易造成膝蓋的負擔
因為一般人不會旋轉膝蓋來走路吧??
如果是因為膝蓋受傷的人,想游泳來復健,應該就要避免游蛙式,
或者膝蓋旋轉角度不要那麼大囉
上課的老師提到,隨著運動科學的進步,有些選手的蛙腳已經不旋轉膝蓋了,
有人看過影片蛙腳是這樣的嗎??
