[問題] 蛙式腿部施力方式
最近自學蛙式,也參考很多人的教學短片,但是一直游不順,
自己覺得腿部夾水力道不夠,幾乎沒啥前進 (一次大概3~5格磚吧),
且夾水過程中都感覺大腿在髖臼部位因水阻的關係而有轉動的現象,
使大腿及膝蓋內夾時施力方向無法固定,游完後大腿、膝蓋沒很酸但
是右邊髖臼 (大概是改邊的部位) 很酸,走樓梯時感覺頗強烈...
之前朋友說我的大腿張的不夠開 (不到肩膀寬),但是不知道是啥原因大腿
就張不太開 (小弟我並不是怕有東西掉出來),因為酸痛也有稍微試著改踢
小蛙腳...但是更沒有夾到水的感覺。
想請問需要鍛鍊大腿的哪個地方才能使夾腿更有效率?
還是需要像前陣子的神仙老爸一樣多多鍛鍊恥骨肌阿... 囧 (穿著泳褲鍛鍊恥骨肌預備!)
