各位前輩好,
目前小弟每週五天會下水練習自由式,每50公尺會停下來喘大約10口氣再50公尺,
有以下問題請教:
1. 由於蛙式我幾乎不用站起來可以三千沒問題,發現韻律呼吸很重要,因此
2. 我自由式四下換氣,韻律呼吸為左手划--右手划--左手划(緩吐)--右手划(換氣)
請教各位四下換氣是否真的太長?還是我韻律呼吸錯誤?還是就降硬游自然就會順
因為我很希望自由式換氣能跟蛙式一樣自然,如此長泳就是靠肌耐力的鍛鍊了
我目標是今年中之前自由式3000公尺不中斷,求教各位前輩了:)
